Le petit brissac is a truly wonderful experience. a french fermette (small cosy old cottage) situated 3 km outside the village of tuffé, with 1600 inhabitants, in the department of sarthe. only 180km west of paris 45 minutes drive of le mans( 24 hour car races of le mans.) situated on an isolated hill, with a picturesque view, totally removed from the outside world, this is the idyllic location to relax and enjoy the outdoors, experiencing endless amounts of freedom and space in a lovely mild climate. petit brissac can be reached by a small «cul de sac» path where only the owners of petit brissac pass. under the walnut tree, a beautiful natural parasol (see photos), pure relaxation can be found. many tasty, traditional french dishes can be prepared and consumed. and when night falls, come indoors to relax beside the fireplace. the cottage is fully equipped with three separate rooms. in the spacious central area is an open-plan fitted kitchen, cosy lounge and comfortable dining area, with a welcoming fireplace. the bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. the other room can be used as a lounge or a second bedroom. sarthe is an area of france where you get close to nature, with many hiking and biking possibilities to explore and experience the infinite variety of flora and fauna. deer, boars and other animals can often be seen in the surrounding meadows. the colour of the trees and plants varies from season to season, providing all year round fascination. 3 kilometres fr mandat : 60881 ref : 60881mx1344
